When I use IE on my main computer at work to work on my Look up page I see everything fine. Yet when I use my laptop with Firefox on it I can't see the picture. I heard that it had to do with the coding. Is this true? If so is there a way to fix it so it will work on both? Thank you.

It depends on your coding. Neopets is pretty strict with coding, I believe, so it might not always be compatible with both browsers.
