I want to put a radio onto my website, radio.blog. Could I use it on a freewebs account or would it have to be on some other host?

and i'm 99% sure freewebs doesn't supports php :)

yes it's free, you can download it on the radioblog site in a zipfile.
maybe on their forums there are reviews from other users?

try going to hostultra.com, they support php on their free accounts

I have it on my site and love it. You can code it into your layout or have it as a popup. I have mine as a popup so it doesn't reload on every page. They have a few ways to customize it and many people on the forum there have plugins and hacks. It was really easy to install as well :)
