I don't know how to resize my prom pictures, i want to put them on my xanga..please help me!! Thanks in advance!~

Anyway, here's an online image resizer (http://www.resize2mail.com).

You can also resize your pictures in a graphics program, like Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, or the GIMP.

Or, if you dont have any of that, Microsoft Paint has that capability as well.
Image>Stretch and Skew> Whatever you change the horizontal to, change the vertical the exact same, or your pic will be odd looking...
