I need some tips on this from all of you people. What keeps you at a site a long time, and makes you want to keep comming back? I need help because I want my site to be one of those kinds. If you can tell me please do! Thanks.

easy to navigate and read. not to much information on any one page (no information overload :)), speed too.

Something interesting like an awesome layout. I really like sites that actually UPDATE. No one wants to see the same stuff. One good example is www.Angelic-Network.com it's her art that keeps me staying and look how many I'll miss you tags she's getting for leaving us this year! That's a site that is a great site

Erm...I like sites that change their layouts every few weeks/every month or two, or else I get bored seeing the same layout with the same pictures...

I also stay a long time if the person seems interesting. I don't want to stare at a screen that someone posted a bunch of "then it was like OMG Kewliez n i sayd hi n he like sayd hi. G2G bb"

If I see that, I leave automatically. =D I'm so controlling...

I like sites that have a download, graphic, story, etc. of the week. One of my favorite sites offers three or four new video clips every Monday. You can bet that I'm there, every single Monday. And while I'm there, I just might look around at the rest of the site...=)

What keeps me comming back to a site is an interesting topic it displays. Most of the sites i go to are racing sites, web design sites, and my fav. band sites b/c thats just my personal interest. (i know that really doesnt help). But make sure your site has speed. I hate sites that take forever to download b/c of huge graphics. I have no patience at all, and usually when a site is taking forever, i click the X. More people might have more patience than me...but make sure its quick! :)

Well, the only site I keep on going back to, other than my own, would be this one, because of the forum here! So I'd say a very friendly webmaster, and an active forum like this one.
