i'm having a problem with my site. i recently began converting my files from .html to .shtml because i'm using SSI, but the file that is being included (sidebar.txt) isn't showing up. You can see my home page here (http://etoile.brad.com). (not all of my pages are converted yet) The sidebar.txt file contains a sidebar (which is a bunch of links in a table) a logo heading (div positioned, if that makes a difference), and a horizontal rule and that's it. does anyone know what's going wrong? i'm thinking maybe i should just use frames instead, any advice?

Who is your host? are you 100% sure they support SSI? probably best to find that out before driving yourself insane trying to work out why it doesnt work!

my host is brad.com. since it's a shared url, they probably don't support ssi... i think i could do the same thing i want with frames though...
