I would like to make rainbow colored scrollbars, but I don't know if that's possible. Is there a code for rainbow colored scrollbars?

You wouldn't be able to do it with regular CSS, or a normal scrollbar. You'd need some sort of DHTML/javascript/whatever scrollbar code.
