Here you se, over the navigation, when you hold over, the alt is different from what's normal.. or something like that... How do you change how the alt is goint to look like? Or maybe, it's a javascript? Do you have any clue? :)

It looks like they put area shape="rect" COORDS="15,20,205,39" in front of their URL, and the rest of it is the normal code. But that's all I know.
