how do i get the bottom scrollbar to appear in IE? On my xanga, I made the layout wide so you can scroll from side to side. It works in Netscape, but the scrollbar doesn't show in IE. Can it be fixed? I saw a website like my xanga layout (where you have to scroll side to side to navigate) and i think it's a cute feature to my xanga site. Most of my friends have IE, so they can't see the stuff to the right (which is my blog!!!) Can anyone help? here's a screen shot of it in netscape.
