I haven't played Neopets for a long time. My old computer was a victim to spyware...May it rest in pieces. Anyway, I finally get a PSP 9 and I'm stuck on how to make a Guild Layout. I want to make mine look like this...

I know this is stupid but my mind pulls a blank. Do I use paint too? (I know how to make transparent boxes just not how to make them seperate from the picture.) Thank you in advance!

You can use Paint if that's the only available program you have. Otherwise, you could use the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org), which has more features and can do more for your guild layout.

Actually, you can make that with Paint but it requires abit more work. Yep, try GIMP. (:
