how do so many neopet ppl manage to costomize their user lookups with all the tight restrictions of neopets (no linking outside of neopets etc.)

srri im kinda slow but iv'e been a member for a few months and i still havent figured it out. help! ASAP!

i made it so i hope that it helps alittle, it has codes and stuff, if u still need help, i noe a bunch of codes, so just email the address on the site

Simple. Just don't link to sites outside of Neopets, although you can still do this by creating a petpage with a text link to the outside-of-Neopets page itself.
