i know ive seen this somewhere (maybe even on the main site...) but i cnat find it...

how do i, change the background image when i hover over a image? if i can, i want to have the images in a table and have them change the main body background...

Here is the best way. But it onlky works in Internet Explorer. To get it to work in Mozilla or Firefox you need to install the "Greasemonkey" plugin which allows you to view DHTML.
