hello, im new here. i just want to know how do you make layouts without using those "dreamweaver" and "fireworks" software. i heard you can make layouts with paint and notepad. how do you do it?

You type the raw HTML into notepad and save it with a .html extension.

Paint can be used to make graphics, although it's limited in what it can do.
