As I was making the new layout for my site, I noticed that the content div was covering the links. So I decided I'd try to make the menu drop up instead of down. How can I do that? (or, better yet, get the dropdown menus to go over the content div)

Other info: I'm using PHP Includes...and I don't want to have to type te nav menu on every page.
