I need an html code for sending a page from my site to another email address. Is there a code for this?
I would also like for the page to include an information box for name/address/email info to be able to be sent if possible.

you will have to get into a serverside language such as Perl or PHP to do this on your own. perhaps a service such as Bravenet would help?
