how can i make a mousehover with the sparkles on it just like on her navigation.......(it's above the iframe)

that navigation of the site is made with Flash.
to do the exact same you would have to use flash, since the sparkles are different on each word.

That site used flash, and the sparkles are really simple to do (and cool looking).
Just make an animation for the sparkles you want (Have to make one for every word) and then put that in the hover frame of the button. If you don't have flash, you're out of luck... Don't know of any other way to do that effect.

I don't know if I'm saying the same thing as phate04, but what you could do - if you had an animation program - is use an image slicer first, then make duplicates of the slices and put random sparkles on them using your animator or by hand. After you save all of your files, then you can use the rollover code for a mouse hover (I'm really hoping this makes sense, because I don't think it does)
