how can i resize the battledome thingy

What graphics program do you have? I presume it's MS Paint, but confirm/deny?

It is microsoft paint

you can put the height and width inside you img tag. So it would be <img src="IMAGE" height="HEIGHT" width="WIDTH">

I'm re-learning and can't remember the code....

I have a picture as my top window / banner and want that picture to resize to fill the entire frame..
