And will it have loading period for the picture that is saved on the USB portal or floppy disk?

I know that internet connection may take some time to load and sometimes it doesn't even load!!!

it will work because you are essentially saving all the pages and all the images onto the disk. Loading time depends on the size of the images and how much stuff they have..

you don't even need an internet connection to view a webpage. most computers have IE installed on them by default. Unless you are using PHP or something special like that, then you will be able to see the site with no internet connection.
