I want to make animations. How? :cheer2:

thats a very easy question, ill tell u for psp cuz im not very familiar with photoshop and psp is soo much easier

1. open psp
2. get an image, or u can make one urself
3. make wutever designs u want on it [u mite wanna duplicate it first if the next image isnt gonna be the same]
4. save all the files
5. open animation shop
6. use the animation wizard, choose ur pics in the order u want them, and then ur all set, or animation is really cool, u can do ur editing on it also without opening psp

i may make it seem unclear, so u can just go find some tutorials on google

You can't do animations in Adobe Photoshop, you can only do it in Adobe Imageready and save it as .gif. You can do sequences of frames or layers in Photoshop and go to File>Jump to Imageready.
You can try this site, they offer tutorials on photoshop and do animations in Imageready. I'll tell you, it's just a piece of cake when you already knew how to do it...goodluck! :)
