alright heres the deal, me and my friend just bought a paid host with netfirms and we got php and MySQL incuded. we want to make a section where we can post news and stuff, but dont want to have to upload the file everytime we update the news. is there any thing i can use, we were talking something about having .htaccess and whoever could login could change the stuff, but then would have to upload so we dont want that. is there something i can use like that????

If you intend to update frequently, you could use a blogging tool for your updates page.
