hey, on this guild layout (http://www.neopets.com/guilds/guild.phtml?oid=xox_lollipop) the box where the scroll box / writing is, is transparent, you can see it but you can still see the layout behind it, can anyone tell me how to do that in gimp?

also, anyone know the code to get the scroll bar/text box onto the transparent box.
