Does anybody know of a free website host with decent amounts of space, ability to upload HTML documents and also has a banner that you can place in your own "Banner space" (Eg. Lissa's ad place at top of screen)

Have you tried Angelfire (http://www.angelfire.com)? They're free, and they let you upload word documents, and let you custumize the add.

I would reccommend www.brinkster.com. It's the same as angelfire, exept better + without the annoying adverts!

This is going to sound lame, but I like geocities better...

You could do a search at free web space (http://www.freewebspace.net/search/power.shtml). It's an easy way to narrow down the possibilities because you can specify how much space your want, features, etc.
