i tried it once. too many buttons and panels. i uninstalled it right away ^_^

actually, it's not because you're NOT using IE... You're using Avant...

No, I mean it runs on IE's engine, so it has all the same vulnerabilities and all that. It's kind of like a mask.

but still you either use IE or Avant, they're are two browsers not one ...

i use safari, IE is crap for an imac....
i'm not thinking about switching either ... it's the pages i see in it that count not the whole browser around it ... if i can view the internet with it i'm fine ...

Maxthon (http://maxthon.com) is like Avant -- it is based on IE. Such browsers with the same features and based on IE doesn't sound appealing.
