I've only heard Utada Hikaru's music and some of BoA's Japanese songs. I'll go with Utada. :P

Ayumi Hamasaki, Utada Hikaru. Some of Gackt's pretty good too.

Never heard Japenese music. I listen to Heavy Metal and Hard Rock.
