Ok, i have my email form all set up...but i was wondering if there is anyway you can make it so that when you press the 'Submit' button, it will open up in a new page that says 'Thank you for joining' or something x_X'

You could redirect the person to a "thank you" page after they hit the submit button. I'm not sure about the email form you are using, but dodosmail (http://daynah.net/downloads) has the redirecting option and it even sends a auto response mail (if you want to)
