How do i make a Blend using PaintPlus?

im sorry if im being ignorant, but wut is paintplus, i looked for it on the web but couldnt find anything on it besides a store

i went to the help topics in photoplus and u can do with the paintbrush by changing the opacity of the paintbrush to make the colors toople each other
the default opacity percent is 100, try changing it to anything below 100% but i recomend anything below 90%, srry if im confusing
