Ok Im just confused... Is it right for someone to take anime/manga images off the internet and but them in their image gallerys but also but their site logo or link on the image and say you have to link back and say you found the image on their gallery even thought they probably just got it all of the internet and anyone could get the exact same picture from another site? Thats wrong their basically claiming the picture as theirs and no its not that they should get any credit for the image since they didnt make them just put their links on the picture doesnt make it theirs right?

Well, a lot of people screencap movies and offer it for download for people who wish to use high-quality images and such, and I believe they also ask for credit. It could depend on the trouble they had to go through (such as scanning in a magazine page, cropping it, cleaning it up, uploading) -- so they ask for at least credit.
