I was wondering, if anyone out there has gimp, how do you make these two effects on it,...

The one of PURE ECSTACY, the one of EMBERLYNN, and the one of -SCREAMS IN SILENCE-

They're made in Photoshop and PSP so I'm not too sure on how to achieve those effects on GIMP. It's mainly brushes, pattern overlays, and gaussion blur type deal
