Freewebs doesn't allow forms on their pages.
Since a poll uses a form code, it won't work. You won't be able to fix it unless you use a different host or if freewebs has their own type of poll you can use.

Freewebs does allow form tags. You just have to wait untill your account is 7 days old. When you account is 7 days old, change this part of the code (the beginning):<Provisional users can't create forms NAME=Choices902710 ACTION="http://vote.sparklit.com/popup_poll.spark?pollID=902710" target="pollwindow" OnSubmit="VoteWindow()" METHOD="POST" style="margin: 0px">
to this
