Google "______ fansite" and you'll come up with celebrity fansites which often have high-quality gallery scans.

You can get some scans at http://raspberry-swirl.net/scans and http://scan-tastic.net and if all else falls search google(lol.)

I usually just go to google>images and then put in the name of the celebrity you want :)

You're always better off with Celebrity Stock photos instead
