I want to make a circle around a image I have but when I use the shape tool it makes a circle but it covers up my image. How do I make a circle around the image without covering it up? Thanx for helping me in advance.

have you tried cutting/copying the image, drawing a circle then pasting the picture onto the circle?

no I didn't. lol it didn't cross my mind thanx. Im going to try.

You can also draw a circle around the picture and leave the middle transparant. If you understand what I mean.. :)

what I do is make a new layer for the circle, then once you have it drawn, double-click on the layer and put opacity low enough so you can see the image :)
