I was wondering how can I make the text glow in Photoshop 7?

Well if you add a border around your text in a more neon like color then add a light glow to it as well that is how you get text glow.

The button is on your Layers palette. It's at the bottom of it and the little button is black with a while letter cursive like "f"

how do i add a border round the text?
