I really like what this person did! They use psp7 and I use psp8, I kn the image is tiny and might be hard to figure out, but if you can, can you tell me what they used? How can it be done? thnx :)

I`ll have a look at my PSP now and see what creates that kind of effect:)

From what I can tell (or at least visualise, I apologise if it's not good enough), the background looks like a stock image of a subway station wall or the sort. Those "glowing" rings look like basic circle outlines that they blurred and added light to.
