Hi,
I wanted to make an animation where it just has one picture as the background and images and text fade in and out, kind of telling a story.
How do I do that?
I have Micrografx Picture Publisher 8. I also have Microsoft Picture it! Photo 2002. I mainly use Picture Publisher.
