Ok, as the title said I am having some trouble. I have PSP 8 and I need to design a graphic. What I have, is a picture of florida, just the outline of it filled in with green, and a picture of a rose. What I need to do is get the rose onto the image of florida, then make it so it looks like the rose on top of florida, my problem right now is the rose has a white background. I am really new at doing this so I need some help...

I think what you mean is transparency. Here's a tutorial:

Or you can just go to Edit>Paste>Paste as transparent selection

Then selections>select none

Though sometimes, that doesn't work.....
