When I click on a link on my page, it opens in a new page instead of in the frame. I've targetted it to open in the right frame, so I don't understand why it won't work. Is there something else I have to put in the code or something?

your frame NAME and TARGET are not matching.
without seeing your website, i cannot say exactly what the value of them should be, but they are different. they have to be the same to connect to each other.
