okay, i know this is going to sound extremely stupid.... but i have no idea what to put on my site! I know I want to have a website, I've learned some HTML, CSS, etc, and I have ZERO ideas as to how to put that knowledge to work! That probably sounded very, er, dumb, but when I sat down to start working, my mind went blank!

Umm .. trying looking at some other peoples sites .. See if you find something you like, and maybe create something similar but modify it to suit you.

Try thinking up ideas like anime (not the bad one!) layouts. They are so many interesting backgrounds. Just look for something that inspires you Do you have a fav show? etc... Make a site about it. Just make sure it shows who YOU are, and your talent. Be your own leader.

I'm not trying to advertise...but if someone on this thread has a "www" button, then click it. It'll show you their website, and I know freakEgurl has an AWESOME ONE, and mine is moderately okay. What's your site's name? That might give me some ideas...

Try putting some information about yourself (interests, dislikes, personality).

Put whatever you want. :) Photos, Art, Writing... just make sure its your own, or you have permission before you use it.

thanks everyone! I had this burst of creativity last night... I'm going to write a novel, and post a chapter at a time on the web. There'll be a forum, character bios..... All sorts of stuff! Thanks for your help!
