Is this ok to put in as my sig?

How would I insert my text that I have on this page listed so that it is viewable in the forums? I am going to try this one here...hope it is alright! these vb codes and all, with me just learning html, is confusing me. Hope there is help out there if this isn't the correct way or if this is violating the rules...I want to be corrected!

when you are posting, scroll way down to the bottom of the posting page and you should see a link saying VB CODE IS ON. that should provide the information you need.

example...
[ color=red] this is red text [/color]

just take out the space before the word color there and it would make the text red.

everytime I add the vb code as my signature in my profile, it shows the code and not my signature. How do I get it to show the signature that the code is supposed to be?
Thanks.

judging by your currect signature, you're using the wrong code. ;) The word "font" shouldn't be in there.
