its a [ code ] tag or a [ quote ] that.

You can use this code with every HTML element:
style="border: width style color;"
width: npx
style: none, solid, dotted, dashed, double, groove, ridge, inset, outset
color: navy, teal..., #FFC0A4

for example: <p style="border: 2px solid navy;">
and another one: <div style="border: 5px inset #FFCC00;">
