how do i make a custom module without premium? can i? thanx

to be more specific, i was looking for a code to make one left side module. i want it to have a sort of dashed effect like shown here:

i wanted a code for a left side module that had that border, background, text, etc.,. can anyone make me this code please? or does anyone have a code for any custom module? thank you in advance

one more thing. my xanga has a code for a layout so i think it should change the costum module to the border i want and everything. i just realized that. anyway does anyone have the code for a custom left side module?
