How do you make blinkies? I have paint shop pro 9 (The trial version), but I don't have the slightest clue how to make blinkies, or even make pixel art on it.

well to make blinkies you need to have an animation program, and you need to have pixels to work on

usually blinkie makers is the way to go, if you don't know how to make pixels for the blinkie

well do you have jasc animation shop? or gif animator(which is free)? or any animation prog? cause that's one of the key things you need for your blinkies to blink

You'll need an animation program to make blinkies....google either of the two mentioned above, download and install and go from there (try it yourself, if you still need help post again) :)
