I was just wondering, could you make scroll bars in Microsoft Word?

What do you mean scrollbars in Microsoft Word? Microsoft Word already has scrollbars. It's a word document program.

I was trying to do a web page and I was using my layout there, can you put a scrollbar on the layout?

are you using word to edit html? word is a word processor so html in word is going to put out very bad code. your page will take a million years to load :( word processors are generally bad html editors so chances are it won't make scrollbars. just the basics if your lucky.

maybe concider using notepad or a html editor. i personally use textpad but there are tones of html editors out there. notepad and textpad are text editors so it won't have a graphical interface (just straight html.) i'm sure there are html editors out there for free.
