I have PHPBB but have a problem

I dont know what bits to change in my template :(

Heres what i have so far

As you can see i dont know how to change ceratin things to black.
Can anyone tell me what i change?

edit: I think i have done it but want to know how i can rid of the jagged edges around the pictures.

Can anyone help me?

That's in the transparency of the GIF... to get rid of it you'd have to open it in an image program and change the background to black.
