When you enter the site, the flash tool bar and song should automatically appear.

You cannot use material from other people's sites and hot linking things is DEFINATELY a no no because you are stealing bandwith as well as material that isn't yours.

So..I suggest you email the site and ask if you can use it. If you use it without being allowed you are infringing on copyrights and that's illegal.
