it's on lissa's site!!!!
How do I make sure people don't get stuck in my frames? There is nothing more annoying to me than getting stuck in someone else's frames when I'm surfing. If you're going to make a page with frames, you have to make sure you add this tag to any link that leaves your page (links, guestbook, etc.):
<target="_blank">
For instance, if you were linking to my page from your frames page you would put this tag on your page:
<a href="http://www.lissaexplains.com" target="_blank">
If you use the above tag, someone clicking on the link will leave your frames. This tag is VERY useful and I wouldn't make a frames page without it.

thank you for your extreme kindness.
if you are trapped in someone elses frames you may provide a link such as...
<a href="http://www.YourSite.com" target="_top"> click here </a>
that will open your specified site into the existing window breaking out of another persons frames.
