Theres already so many toolbars out there created by so many different companies all for different browsers. And I dont think theres a need to make your own I mean what can you do with an automated toolbar maker that there isnt already a toolbar for? The only toolbar I use is the web developers toolbar for firefox (which is awesome and I think everyone should get) and google for internet explorer.
