http://www.freewebs.com/precious_cupcake/main.html if you scroll down a tiny bit you can see that our background is like a tiny tiny tiny bit off and its always off like 1px either way no madder what we do. And we cant figure out how to fix that.

Open up the main image in photoshop or whatever you use
Crop off just the bottom section (the part you want as a background) and save it into a new file
Set the new file as a background.

As a side note, this part of your code:
<div style="position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0;">
<IMG SRC="http://sc8universe.dyndns.org/newpclayout.gif" BORDER="0"></div>
Should be after the <body> tag, and you should always put measurements (px) after the positioning numbers (eg top: 50px)

It looks good to me -- except for the fact the text isn't aligned inside the white text areas. I suggest using the http://validator.w3.org/ validator.
I inputed your URL and a bunch of things came up^^ which could probably explain why it does not show up correctly in my browser (mozilla)
Anyways, Ill definitly keep looking up your website, I love the graphic :-)
