It's the season for Girl Scout cookies!

I just bought a box of Samoas and Thin Mints today. They'll probably be gone by tomorrow

Thin mints are my absolute favourite! I buy a few boxes and freeze them for later months. Anyone else love Girl Scout cookies? What's your favourite kind?

I like Thin Mints, but I hate Girl Scout cookies. :P

I was in GS in southern IL for about 6 years (through Brownies and up through Juniors). We would sell those things, and our troup, for all our hours of selling those things, would make $.45 a box. :( They cost $3.00 a box when I was selling them. It was such a rip-off to us... It took more than a hundred boxes (about...oh, a good 10 hours of trying to sell them, and about that much more in delivering them) to make $50 towards a trip. Grr...it makes me so mad...

Oh, I remember that I used to have to sell those before I quit Girl Guides!
Wow...brings back memories of me bugging my family to buy them. :P I hated selling them, but the mints were definetely my faves.

I was in Girl Scouts for 3 years (and I hated it). For some reason, they insist on having us sell the things in January, so it's bitterly cold and we're wandering around ringing doorbells in every neighborhood within walking distance.

My mum didn't buy any cookies this year...:(

My favorites are Thin Mints (put them in the freezer for about an hour or so, they taste really good), Samoas, and Dosi-Dos.

I think I last had some within the last year, that I sold my aunt... 5 years ago :P They freeze rather well for future years! The thin mints were my favourite, but the other samdwich type ones we would sell were good too... I want some GG cookies now.
