i luv anime/manga! Clamp is the best artist group there is!! their costumes for sakura are awasome! and tsubasa is even better!!! i just luv their art! but its not fair that in japan they are/have 3 books ahead of us!! i wanna read it soo bad!!! :rolleyes:

My favorite manga at the moment is Fruits Basket, followed by Cross. Anime...I haven't seen any for a while, but the best are:

Cowboy Bebop (...a classic!)
Rurouni Kenshin (hyped up a bit too much on this side of the Pacific, but still good)
Wolf's Rain (though it seems to confuse people)
Fushigi Yugi (I hate the main character, but...)

Well, the first opening theme song is a childish and kinda loud at the beginning. I recommend Heart of Sword by TM Revolution. By the way, all the songs are in Japanese and i am not sure whether you are into Jpop stuff.

Utada Hikaru? Yep, i love her songs! I have her CD. My friends love her first single 'First Love' and this song is so popular. As for me, I don't really like the song. I prefer 'Final Distance','Travelling' and 'Sakura Drops'.

Hmm..it depends actually..I just like anime..the first thing is the storyplot and then I will look at the design.If it's interesting, then i will watch it...Oh ya..if it's funny, i will watch it too..take Ranma 1/2 for example..

The only thing that's difficult about reading manga (unless said manga is Moriyu Kiden *shudder*) is getting used to the right-to-left format, unless you're reading the stuff that was published by Viz a while ago, which was the "flopped" version. It takes some time, but once you're used to it, it's not a problem.

oh!!! duh of coure it is card captor! im not use to that.....sorrry....yeah i guess its kinda hard...only not... its kinda easy once u get use to it and some maga bookies dont go from right to left......

I love anime and mangas too... I stay away from the more dramatic stuff usually but once and again, one strikes me as interesting. I like action and comedy. The funnier the better... Hooo, FLCL was a doozy among doozies... However, I do find Abenobashi to be quite a bit more amusing and Golden Boy was just hilarious even if a tad raunchy.

Manga is great... I'm reading the Abenobashi manga and I've read most of Ranma but I've forgotten most of that <_<...

I would have to say my all-time favorite anime would be Trigun, followed closely by Fullmetal Alchemist and Stand Alone Complex... I do have an odd attachment to Ranma and InuYasha.

i luv ranma 1/2! kinda perverted...but whatever.... the really scary books are like ceres and stuff!!!! they freak me out!!!!!

I dun like ceres manga and to me it's not dat scary..It's kinda complicated and I almost gave up reading it..Ranma 1/2 well..i kinda enjoy it..its really funny and amusing.

B&N is evil. They've spread their manga out all over the place, so it's nearly impossible to find (in the one I go to at least. The one near the mall is much better.), and they really don't have that great a selection (yay Borders!), and of the ones they do have, they never have the middle of the series. They'll go 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 15...

I go to conventions to get my anime. I'm lucky in that respect. There's a really big convention here in fall, and a smaller one in summer. And there's a flippin' huge one about two hours away in January.
