In the future, please do not start 3 threads on the same topic, just reply in the first. it makes things much simpler :)

add the meta tag inside the head then change the duration and transition to what ever you want. the meta tag won't work unless you're linking to your page so if you double click to open the page you won't see the affect. the transition numbers are below:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="page-enter" CONTENT="revealTrans(duration=2, transition=12)">

- Square Closing
- Square Opening
- Circle Closing
- Circle Opening
- Scroll Up
- Scroll Down
- Scroll left to right
- Scroll right to left
- Multiple scroll left to right
- Multiple scroll top to bottom
- Little square scroll left to right
- Little square scroll top to bottom
- Noise fade in
- Scroll meets in the middle
- Scroll starts in the middle
- Horizontal scroll meets in middle
- Horizontal scroll starts in middle
- Diagonal scroll from top right corner
- Diagonal scroll from bottom right corner
- Diagonal scroll from top left corner
- Diagonal scroll from bottom left corner
- Horizontal bars fading in
- Vertical bars fading in
- Displays a random transition

You could also use this code

<META http-equiv="Page-Exit" content="blendTrans(Duration=1.0)">

Duration is measured in seconds so 1.0 - 1 second etc etc
