i am wanting to put comments on my blog...i have no clue how or what i need to do to do this...any help would be awesome!

i would personally not want any adds if possable :)

Yeah, but it is at the very bottom of the comment box. Besides I doubt that you'll find a free commenting system that doesn't have some kind of ad system on it. ....Not unless your host allows PHP.

mine does...ok ive looke into the halo thing...whats the tracking thing?

I used to use Enetation (http://www.enetation.co.uk). When I used it, it was more customizeable than Haloscan, and it didn't have an ad on the comment page.
